Mary Tomás Gallery presents Reverence, a solo exhibition featuring new oil paintings by Dawn Waters Baker conceived during her National Parks Arts Foundation (NPAF) artist’s residency at Big Bend National Park. Unanimously selected by a prestigious juried panel for the NPAF artist in residence program, Baker received a small stipend along with room and board in exchange for a completed work to add the organization’s growing collection. Reverence points to Dawn’s spiritual connection to nature and her role as observer.
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through October 22.
