FT33 restaurant will host three of the world’s top wine aficionados who are members of The Court of Master Sommeliers for an exclusive wine dinner series. Each Master Sommelier resides in Texas and is part of the select group of 186 wine experts from across the world who share a proven mastery in the art and science of wine pairing.
Each night, attendees will experience wine pairings throughout the world selected by an esteemed Master Sommelier paired with McCallister’s modern, Texas-inspired cuisine. Each evening will begin at 6 pm with a welcome reception, followed by a formal dinner at 6:30 pm. Cost is $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity for a five-course menu with wine pairings.

Monday, November 19: Craig Collins of Austin, south central regional manager for Italian wine importer Dalla Terra and board member of TEXSOM
Monday, December 10: Guy Stout MS, Houston, certified wine educator, certified spirits specialist, and member of the executive board of directors of the Society of Wine Educators
