The McKinney Avenue Contemporary and MAP - Make Art with Purpose will present Immigrant Nation, a series of short films about the American immigrant experience.

Academy Award winning director Theo Rigby's interactive project, Immigrant Nation is a series of short films combined with live events and an online platform where web users create and share their own immigrant story.

This event is part of MAP 2013: Creative Projects, event that aim to restore and preserve the environment, promote social justice and advance knowledge and well-being. The events are running from October 1 - November 24 throughout the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.
