The McKinney Shamrock Run 5K kicks off the city's St. Patrick's Day celebration, starting at TUPPS Brewery at 9 am. Participants will race around the McKinney Cotton Mill to the finish line where they’ll receive their finishers medal and enjoy local vendors and cold green TUPPS beer.
At the McKinney St. Patrick’s Day Beer Walk, taking place from 11 am-6 pm, guests can enjoy sipping and strolling through the streets of downtown McKinney, tasting 20 unique craft beers. The socially distanced event will include live Irish music throughout the day, an outdoor vendor market, St. Paddy’s dog costume contests, Irish cuisine, a St Patrick’s Day photo booth, and more.
