At Meat Fight 2013, a dozen of the best chefs in Dallas will team up to win barbecue glory in four categories: brisket, ribs, sausage and wild card. Meat Fighters will be judged by the best pitmasters in Texas and Ron Swanson himself, actor Nick Offerman. Proceeds from the event will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
