Meddlesome Moth will host Real Ale Brewing Co. and Real Ale Distilling Co. founder, Brad Farbstein, for the Morning Wood Brunch. Farbstein, along with Moth’s own beer director, Matt Quenette, will lead a guided beer and spirit experience featuring five libations expertly paired with four courses crafted by Chef Robbie Lewis.
The Blanco, Texas craft beer brewery launched Real Ale Distilling Company in 2017, producing Grain to Grass Gin, Texas Hill Country Signature Whiskey, and Texas Hill Country Single Barrel, which has only been available in Dallas-Fort Worth for a month.
