This five-course meal celebrates a recent honor bestowed upon Red Caboose Winery, cited in "Top 10 Hot Brands of 2012" by Wine Business Monthly for its innovation, adventure and delicious taste. Based in Meridian, Texas, Red Caboose uses grafted grapevines and a "green," energy-efficient, sustainable approach to doing business that includes geothermal cooling and photo-voltaic cells to minimize energy use. The winery produces about 5,000 cases per year, with plans to increase production in the coming years. The dinner is $75 per person.
