The Megan Porter Project will present Back to School Family Health Fair with Miss Texas. Miss Texas 2022 Megan Porter, Family Nurse Practitioner is partnering up with Family Care Clinics and other great organizations to bring the community free back to school essentials and some fun.
Families will have access to back to school physicals, sports physicals, COVID vaccinations, blood pressure screenings, healthy food giveaways, and entertainment. Also available will be B12 and lipo fat burning injections for adults, crafts for the Princes and Princesses, health and wellness education, and more.
