Chef Pati Jinich of the Mexican Cultural Institute in Washington, D.C. will lead a demonstration to share traditional Mexican home cooking with recipes like minguichi, a tomato-zuchinni soup made with Mexican chicken broth or chilorio, shredded pork in ancho-orange sauce.
Tickets are $80 and include a copy of Pati’s Mexican Table. The class runs from 6:30 to 9 pm.
