Meyerson Symphony Center 30th Anniversary Concert with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra

eventdetail

The DSO will celebrate the beauty of the Meyerson. This special performance is perfect for the whole family and will celebrate the magnificence of the hall they call home.

The concert will feature the world premiere performance of Inner City Rhapsody by Dallas composer Quinn Mason, a new orchestral commission made possible through the generous support of the Norma and Don Stone New Music Fund. Mason, 23, is currently a student at the Southern Methodist University Meadows School of the Arts where he studies composition with Dr. Lane Harder. Recently appointed DSO Assistant Conductor Katharina Wincor will conduct the orchestra in her DSO debut.
