Mitsuwa Marketplace will present Chef Masaharu Morimoto, known to millions as the star of Iron Chef and Iron Chef America, as he presents a live cooking demo of one of his favorite comfort foods: Ramen.

Morimoto recently unveiled a new product, Momosan Ramen, in his signature retail product line that is now available on shelves at Mitsuwa Marketplace. He will introduce audience members and store shoppers to the practice of making his specialty ramens found on the menu of his popular ramen shop, Momosan Ramen & Sake, that is now available as a product for consumers to enjoy in their households.

A cookbook signing featuring Chef Morimoto’s latest cookbook, Mastering The Art of Japanese Cooking, will take place after the cooking demo at Kinokuniya Book Store located inside Mitsuwa Marketplace, with purchase of the book on event day.
