Mudhen Meat and Greens celebrates Valentine’s Day with a four-course Vegan Dinner with pairings from Blanco, Texas’ Real Ale Brewing (wine pairings also available).
Beer pairings will include:
- Course 1 - Hans Pils: Chickpea Bruschetta on toasted baguette with broccoli sprouts
- Course 2 - RA Whit: Massaged kale Caesar with crisp spiced cauliflower
- Course 3 - Brewhouse brown: Mushroom bolognese drizzled with basil pesto, topped with macadamia nut ricotta
- Course 4 - Coffee porter: Chocovacado mousse with salted almonds and honey comb
