Musicians from the Lone Star State’s accordion-based music genres, including German, Czech, and Polish polka; Creole, Cajun, and zydeco; conjunto, norteño, and Tejano; and country and western, will compete in various Texas cities in hopes of advancing to finals and winning a new Hohner accordion and cash prizes.
The event will feature Tejano musical groups Los De La Cruz, Conjunto Baraja de Oro, Clementino Lopez, Aaron Salinas, and Los Morales Boyz.
