New Horizons of North Texas will present The Stars Collide Annual Gala Dinner featuring celebrity Chef Casey Thompson and Chef John Tesar, as they face off in a culinary re-match. New Horizons, along with Chef Tre Wilcox, will highlight an evening of gourmet food, including a three-course meal with wine pairings, a silent and live auction, cocktails, and a live competition between the chefs.
