New Year's Eve partyers at W Dallas will have a front row, bird's eye view of the celebration at Victory Plaza next door. Party goers will mix and mingle with other revelers, dance the night away to music by DJ Avenger and DJ Lucio and enjoy specialty cocktails.
When the fireworks go off at midnight, guests will be 33 stories above the fray.
