The Greene Family Foundation and NFL Hall of Famer Joe Greene have partnered with two-time Top Chef alumni, four-time James Beard nominee, and author, Chef John Tesar of Knife at The Highland Dallas, to host the first Nibble & Mingle fundraiser for the UNT Agnes Lucille Craft Greene Scholarship.
The event will feature tasty culinary creations from Tesar and other celebrated chefs, with special guests in attendance including host Joe Greene and additional NFL Hall of Famers Earl Campbell, Tony Dorsett, Randy White and Rayfield Wright, among others.
Attendees will enjoy the amazing sounds of the UNT College of Music student jazz quartet, and have the opportunity to bid on selections of prized sports memorabilia pieces as well as a VIP Pittsburgh Steelers training camp experience which includes airfare, hotel accommodations and field access during training camp.
