The Nice Winery from Houston hosts a four-course wine dinner and cooking class at the Central Market Lovers. Dishes include crab cakes with chile-lime aioli paired with Nice Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec-braised short ribs with dried plums with a celery root puree and sautéed rapini paired with Testamento Nice Cabernet Sauvignon. The class is from 6:30 to 9 pm and tickets are $65 per person. They can be ordered online.
