Nick and Sam’s Park Cities presents First Wednesday Supper

Chef Kleifgen has created a one-of-a-kind pork-centric menu for his next First Wednesday Supper at Nick & Sam’s Park Cities. Guests will be “Piggin’ Out” on a family-style feast featuring a unique variety of dishes, starting with a tasty selection of:

  • Bacon Chowder – celery leaves, chives
  • Carnitas Tacos – salsa verde, onion, cilantro, avocado
  • Shrimp & Pork Dumplings – served with ginger-soy dipping sauce

The porcine experience continues with an array of entrées and sides, including:

  • Carolina Spare Ribs – served with mustard mop
  • Steamed Mussels – Spanish chorizo, white wine, fennel, tomato
  • Crispy Pork Belly – pickled okra, creole mustard jus
  • Fried Pig Cheeks – served with elotes
  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts – with preserved lemon, bacon
  • Pork Fat Fried Belgian Frites – parmesan, herbs, garlic aioli

Dessert:

  • Bourbon Peach Cobbler
  • Apple Pie – with vanilla ice cream and candied bacon
