Nick & Sam’s Park Cities presents Summer Cookout

Chef John Kleifgen will present a special “Summer Cookout” dinner to celebrate grilling season at Nick & Sam’s Park Cities. The restaurant will serve up a family-style feast featuring a wide array of summer favorites.

Starters:

  • Watermelon Salad – red and yellow watermelon, ricotta salata, mint
  • Marinated Green Bean Salad – parmesan, lemon zest, extra virgin, tasso
  • Baked Stuffed Avocado – pico de gallo, lump crab, pepper jack
  • Fried Green Tomatoes with green goddess dressing

Entrée:

  • Pineapple Pulled Pork Sliders – pineapple BBQ, pork, yeast roll
  • Grilled Porgy – whole fish, lemon, herbs
  • Szechuan Ribs – baby back ribs, Szechuan glaze
  • Stuffed Lobster – roasted corn, tomatoes, Pernod
  • Ham Mac & Manchego
  • Roasted Artichoke with mustard-tarragon aioli
  • Roast Corn Elotes – chipotle sour cream, cilantro, Cotija, lime

Desserts:

  • Blueberry Buttermilk Pie
  • White Peach Cobbler

Several wine pairings will be featured throughout the meal.
