Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden are on a mission to dominate the music world once again, and their using this double headliner tour as their M.O. NIN is touring in support of the 2013 album, Hesitation Marks, while Soundgarden is still living high off of 2012's King Animal, which was their first new album since 1996.
