No Kid Hungry Dallas Dinner

Host Chefs, Stephan Pyles and Tim Byres, as well as celebrity chefs from across the country, will come together for the No Kid Hungry Dallas Dinner. The annual exclusive multi-course charity dinner, which will mark Pyles’ 11th time hosting the event, will feature Guest of Honor and three-time James Beard Award-Winning Chef Jeremiah Tower (Stars, Chez Panisse, Balboa Cafe, Tavern on the Green), pioneer of California Cuisine and the subject of the 2016 biographical documentary from Anthony Bourdain, Jeremiah Tower: The Last Magnificent.

Chefs will include Pyles; John Brand, Hotel Emma (San Antonio, TX); Tim Byres, Flora Street Café; Michael Ginor, Hudson Valley Foie Gras (New York); Mark Kiffin, The Compound Restaurant (Santa Fe, New Mexico); and Matt McCallister, Homewood. Guests will experience an exquisite, multi-course dinner service with wine pairings and will be led through each course by the chef who crafted the dish as the menu will expertly showcase the talent of each culinary artist.

The event will begin with a cocktail reception followed by an intimate seated dinner and live auction. All benefits from the event will benefit No Kid Hungry, Share Our Strength’s campaign to eradicate childhood hunger.
