The North Texas Comic Book Show returns for its April event with special guests from the Booker T. Washington High School for the Visual & Performing Arts. Students from the school will be debuting their comic book which may be the first produced by a high school.
The event will also feature nationally known guest artists and writers:
- Don Kramer - comic artist on JSA, Nightwing, and Wonder Woman.
- Phil Hester - artist on Green Arrow and Wonder Woman, writer on El Diablo and the Gold Key Alliance.
- Jai Nitz - Bram Stoker Award winner and co-creator of El Diablo.
- Alvin Lee - co-creator of Agent X, Deadpool and Capcom artist.
- Brent Peeples - up and coming artist that is working on Gold Key Alliance.
Thousands and thousands of comics, toys, and collectibles will be available at the event. There will be a Cosplay contest at 2 pm. This is a family friendly comic convention.
