The SPCA of Texas, the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and TEXO, the Construction Association, will present the second annual Bark + Build Design/Build Competition and raffle to benefit the SPCA of Texas’ Home for the Holidays event.
Architects, contractors and design teams come together to create one-of-a-kind dog houses that will be raffled off at NorthPark Center. The dog houses will be judged on both design and construction quality by a jury panel, with various award categories. All proceeds from the raffle tickets, available for purchase at NorthPark Center, will go to the SPCA of Texas.
The competition and raffle serves to foster relationships between architecture and contractor firms and raise awareness and support for the SPCA of Texas’ mission, while exhibiting to the public high-quality design and construction from the talented professional teams.
Entries will be on display through December 4.
