The Oak Cliff Society of Fine Arts debuts Derby Day at Turner House. Styled as a whimsical and luxurious lawn party, Derby Day at Turner House will feature live music provided by Matt Tolentino and the Singapore Slingers, a fashion show featuring The House of MacGregor Millinery, a bourbon cart serving bourbon on the rocks and mint juleps, food by Chef Justo Blanco, and the 144th Kentucky Derby Race live on a big screen TV.
The debut year of Derby Day at Turner House is sponsored by JC Barker and Lee Ruiz, Glen Jones, Chris Kouvelis, James Prothro and Alfred Martinez, and Janet Woods/Morgan Stanley. Funds raised will go toward restoration efforts of the historic Turner House and launch a Membership Campaign for Fall 2018.
