- Green Gazpacho | tomatillo, crab, lemon, borage
- Avocado Toast | smoked trout, english pea, shaved fennel, spring greens
- Tamale |smoked chicken, charred tomato, sunflower, poached egg
- Strawberry Rhubarb Pie | pink pepper meringue
