Global street photographer Richard Andrew Sharum will take over Dallas and Alto 211 is aiding along the way. A meet and greet night in support of Observe Dallas will be held at Alto 211.
From April 6-May 31, Sharum will turn several buildings into museum walls for his work, draping huge prints off the sides in hopes to spark conversations and encourage people to pay more attention to the people they walk by every day, to "observe Dallas."
