Mark Landson’s American Stories is a rousing exploration of American patriotic music and the stories of American composers from independence through modern times. American greats Stephen Foster, Scott Joplin, George M Cohan, Gershwin, Copland, Bernstein and more come to life through the unique story telling and comedy of Landson and the musicianship of the Belmark Trio (clarinetist Brent Buemi, pianist Darío Llanos Javier, and violinist Mark Landson), joined by soprano vocalist Allison Stanford-Jones, winner of the 2022 Latin American and Iberian Art Song Competition in Barcelona.
