Mexican mezzo-soprano Elda Peralta joins the Orchestra of New Spain in the tonadilla Los Comicos de Mexico, and works from Peru, Guatemala and Mexico. A Tijuana native, following a successful career in Chicago, she brings a rich mezzo color to this fiesta concert.
