Orchestra of New Spain will present a piano concert of Spanish and Latin American composers, including Manuel Ponce, Federico Mompou, Alberto Ginastera, and Enrique Granados.

The concert will highlight Astrid Morales Torres, an active advocate of Mexican and Latin American music who currently serves on the faculty of UT Arlington. As a recitalist, Torres has performed in the U.S., Holland, Germany, Italy, and Canada, as well as the most important orchestras in Mexico.
