Oto Hudec’s MAP 2013 project, Instrument for Listening, will be installed at Belo Garden park in Downtown Dallas. Hudec recorded stories from Latino community members, which will broadcast through a giant, over-sized megaphone, built by Hudec and decorated by Latino youth, November 2–24.
