Pairings - A Wine and Food Event is an evening of sampling, sipping, live music and more at Trinity Groves at the foot of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in West Dallas. ​Jim White of Savor Dallas has curated pourings of wines from around the world. Tasty treats will come from some of the restaurants coming to Trinity Groves, including Amberjack’s Fish Market Grille, Chino, LUCK, Kate Weiser Chocolate, Resto Gastro Bistro, Saint Rocco's New York Italian Food and 3015 Trinity Groves. There will also be beer sampling from Four Corners Brewing Co., and Stella Artois, and entertainment from Ruby Jane.
