The Park Cities Historic and Preservation Society 2015 Distinguished Speaker Luncheon celebrates historic preservation and is designed to generate awareness of the role history and preservation play in enhancing the quality of life for everyone who lives and works in the Park Cities communities.

Speaker: Dr. R. Gerald Turner, President of Southern Methodist University.

Proceeds from the luncheon will fund scholarships at Highland Park High School for graduating seniors who plan to study architecture, history, preservation or another major related to the preservation of the Park Cities' heritage. The purpose of the scholarships is to promote interest in education in fields of study related to historical preservation of the Park Cities Communities.
