The launch party starts with a free live art event, the installation of Dallas' (and Texas') first World Peace Mural by internationally renowned handwritten artist Renda Writer. This mural celebrates peace and Dallas' commitment to being a city of inclusiveness and love as well as solidifies us as a global city. The community is invited to the viewing, meet the artist and learn the tour's mission of "writing peace into existence."

The mural will be followed by a benefit concert featuring performances by Sudie, Cure for Paranoia, and Faded DeeJays.
