Barry Wayne and Diana Jordan, better known by their alter-egos Ability-Lad and Genius-Lass, are Cityopolis' greatest crime fighting superheroes since The Incredible Punch and Lady Lasso. Fighting villains, like the nefarious Dr. Crimenurse and being adored by loving fans, like Randy and Sandy, it was a perfect life for the heroes.

Well, it was, until the police commissioner - who always seemed to have a problem with the heroes - and the mayor of Cityopolis went and made all crime illegal. After the banishment of crime, the superhero couple finds themselves having to fight their greatest foe to date - normal, every day life and learning to live with each other.
