On Veterans Day weekend, Pei Wei is teaming with Dallas-based nonprofit Farmers Assisting Returning Military - FARM to create an original art installation, made solely from produce at the Dallas Farmers Market. F.A.R.M., a sister company of urban farming business Eat The Yard, provides therapeutic rehabilitation to veterans. For every social share via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter of the art installation, using #DonateWithPurpose, Pei Wei will donate $1 (up to $5,000) to the organization.
The mosaic-like art installation will highlight an assortment of flavorful, fresh ingredients, inspired by Pei Wei’s new menu, now available exclusively in Dallas. The event will include a free sampling on Saturday or Sunday of Pei Wei's new Supergreen Thai Coconut Curry, Sesame Broccoli, Blistered Green Beans, and Cucumber Avocado Buddha Roll.
