Plano Lions Clubs' annual Independence Day Parade: Spirit of America will feature flags, floats, marching bands, drill teams, cheer squads, and more. The parade starts in the parking lot of the Plano ISD administration building. It will travel west on 15th Street then north on Independence, then east on Parkhaven, ending in the parking lot of Plano Senior High School.
Plano Lions Clubs expect over 50 to 60 businesses, volunteer organizations and specialty groups to participate in the parade by walking or by decorating cars, trucks, and floats in the theme of the parade.
