Plano Symphony Orchestra presents Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection”

The final performance of the Plano Symphony Orchestra’s 40th Anniversary Season will bring together the largest ensemble of musicians in the orchestra's history, uniting the Plano Civic Chorus and the Irving Chorale with 100 orchestra musicians for a rousing performance of one of the very best symphonies of all time: Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, “Resurrection.” This monumental collaboration fulfills a long-standing dream for Maestro Guzmán to conduct a performance of this piece, an opportunity he considers once in a lifetime.
