La Maupin is a tale of love and tragedy set in 18th century France. It's the true story of bisexual duelist and opera singer Julie D’Aubigny as they contend with bigotry, loss, and self-doubt in 18th century France. The production includes a “sword ballet” workshop, accompanied by candlelight and live music provided by Armando Monsivais.
