Dallas’ top female chefs, including Tiffany Derry and Sharon Hage, will be on hand at Union Station as part of Raiser Grazer, a fundraiser for the women’s culinary organization Les Dames d’Escoffier Dallas chapter. There will be more than 30 food and wine booths plus a beer garden. Guests can also bid at the silent auction with proceeds funding scholarships for women in the culinary industry. Tickets are $65 per person and can be purchased at the group’s website.
