Reading Partners will present the 3rd annual Dallas Celebrity Spelling Bee presented by National Life Group. The Bee combines corporate support, community engagement and media attention to support Reading Partners' literacy intervention program.

The bee will be hosted by NBC5's Kristi Nelson and judged by SMU Dean of Education David Chard. Participants will include Daryl Johnston, three time Super Bowl Champion and Fox sport analyst; Amy Havins, fashion and lifestyle blogger; Serita Jakes, The Potter’s House; Mike Morath, Dallas Independent School District Board Trustee; and Wade Smith, NFL veteran.
