Guests can hear about their inspiration and their predictions and prepare for some good old-fashioned trash talk as the teams are in it to win it. Hundreds submitted their ideas but only the 55 most unique and creative crafts were chosen, including team Air Force Juan, team Noah’s Texas Ark, team Slinky Dinky Weiner Dog Racers, and even a team from the Dallas Mavs ManiAACs.
Teams will need more than just courage to claim victory on these city streets, as they will be judged on three criteria: speed, creativity and showmanship. A surprise panel of judges comprised of notable personalities and local celebrities will have the unenviable job of selecting the teams. A People’s Choice Award will also be given to the crowd’s favorite team.
