She knows Asian cuisine, so it might be good to check out her demonstration where she’ll show how to make dishes like smacked cucumber in garlicy sauce, Sea Bream in fish-fragrant sauce and Choy Sum with sizzling oil. The class begins at 6:30 and is $75 per person.
