The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas will introduce a one-of-a-kind holiday experience as its enchanting 12 Days of Christmas Gingerbread Castle will be unveiled for guests and the public, complete with refreshments and live entertainment.
Crafted of gingerbread and requiring more than 48 chef-hours to bake, ice and assemble, The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas’ magical 12 Days of Christmas Gingerbread Castle is made with approximately 180 pounds of powdered sugar, 110 pounds of fondant, 60 pounds of egg whites, 15 pounds of butter, and more.
The evenings will feature refreshments of mulled wine, hot cider and holiday desserts to be available for those in attendance. Adding to the festivities, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be on hand for photo ops, and there will be live musical performances by The John Horn High School Girls’ Choir, an esteemed French horn quartet from the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and a celebrated local performer.
Also on these three Thursday evenings, The Ritz-Carlton Holiday Market will be open for shoppers seeking unique holiday gifts, including exquisite, hand-painted chocolate bonbons created by The Ritz-Carlton pastry team.
