Roy G’s is continuing its Industry Night pop up series with a bar and kitchen takeover by award-winning Dallas bartenders George Kaiho and Andrew Kelly of Jettison for an evening of Japan-inspired cocktails, bar food, and pop music.
Featuring a lineup of cocktails and frozens curated especially for the Japanese City pop up, guests will enjoy the “Y.M.O,” a frozen banana, chocolate, and sochu dream, and “Japanese Fried Chicken,” a Street family twist on chicken karage.
Guests can reserve a bar seat for $25 or reserve a table for $50 at the 7:30 and 9:30 seatings. A portion of all sales will be donated to nonprofit organizations working to fight hate against Asian American & Pacific Islanders.
