The inaugural Frisco Bowl (formerly known as the Miami Beach Bowl) will pit a team from the American Athletic Conference against an at-large selection. The previous bowl featured the Tulsa Golden Hurricane against the Central Michigan Chippewas, with Tulsa winning 55-10.
