Seely’s Mill Smoker Takeover will feature a collaboration with San Antonio’s famed 2M Smokehouse. Using the restaurant’s onsite smoker, 2M Smokehouse will bring its renowned fare to the heart of Dallas’ Park Cities neighborhood.
The Smoker Takeover will feature a menu of 2M Smokehouse’s favorites, including 10-hour-cooked Barbacoa Tacos on corn tortillas topped with onions and cilantro, and sides of Mexican street corn and nopales.
The 2M Smokehouse team, including Pitmaster Esaul Ramos, will be onsite cooking during the event and are available to chat and meet with attendees.
Attendees can also enjoy a taste of Lone River Ranch Water, a local beverage brand’s canned take on the classic Texas cocktail. There will also be onsite live music from Jimmy Barcus, from 5-8 pm.
