Aperture has built a following by making a range of expressive Bordeaux-style wines from Sonoma’s premier cool-climate vineyard sites. Aaron Roberson, National Distributor for Aperture, will be on hand to talk more about his dynamic winery.
Sevy will be serving a special menu to complement each wine. Reception wine and amuse bouche starts at 6:30 pm, followed by a four-course wine and food dinner.
