Sevy's Grill will present August Wine & Food Dinner featuring Tapas & Spanish Wines. Known for its bold flavors and outstanding wines, this dinner will celebrate the two paired together. Chef Eric Freidline will prepare an amuse bouche and four courses using Spanish products and techniques. Rick Brown, VP of Sigel’s Fine Wines will pair the wines with each course and give the nuances of each.
