Sevy's Grill will feature one of California’s most highly regarded wineries, Patz & Hall. Founded in 1988, they have remained committed to handcrafting small-lot and single-vineyard wines, with an exclusive focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Alex Echaniz, Portfolio Division Manager will be our host and share history and information about the winery.

  • Port-Glazed Lamb Chop, Crispy Veal Sweetbreads, Grilled Rapini, Celery Root Puree, Asian Pear & Wild Arugula Salad with Apple Cider & Mustard Seed Vinaigrette

  • Valrhona White & Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta, Espresso Cream, Cocoa Nibs & Chocolate Chip Cookie Biscotti
