Sevy's Grill will present one of their favorite wineries. August Briggs Winery produces small lot wines showcasing Napa and Sonoma’s premier vineyards, with a restrained wine making philosophy that highlights wines of provenance, not pretense. Owners Matt and Colette utilize a hands on approach, and both can be found in the vineyards and at the winery during the harvest, ensuring their philosophy shines through the wines. Owner, Matt Gasco will be in attendance to share some insights and stories about the wines and the winery.
Chef Eric is will present a menu to complement the wines. The evening will begin with an amuse bouche with reception wine, followed by four courses of specially paired wine and food.
